Hakim Messoussa

Hakim Messoussa

Managing Director

Hakim has 27 years of experience in the pipeline and OCTG industries across European and Australian markets and has worked for MITO for 22 years. He is passionate about creating a positive environment which supports the interests of customers, shareholders and employees alike and has had proven success in managing risk and leading the company through sustainable growth.

Hakim has a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University (Australia) and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from ENISE (France). He enjoys horse riding, and the outdoors, generally leading an active and healthy lifestyle.

Ketut-Wiryadi

Ketut Wiryadi

Chief Commercial Officer

Ketut has over 23 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge about special steel and its applications for the oil and gas, mining and other associated industries. He has been responsible for leading cross-functional teams in new business projects and the global digitalisation of the MISI group. He has had proven success in project management, delivering high-value growth projects.

Ketut has a Master of Business Administration from Monash University (Australia) and a Bachelor of Engineering from Swinburne University (Australia). He enjoys road cycling, golfing, cooking, and socialising with family, friends and colleagues.

Jack-Duffy

Jack Duffy

Head of Finance & Company Secretary

Jack has over ten years of financial experience across government, e-commerce and the oil and gas industry, as well as a broad background in accountancy. He is passionate about driving collaboration across the business and working with teams to deliver high-value projects that transform the company’s operations and pave the way for it to enter new markets.

Jack has a Master of Professional Accounting from RMIT (Australia), a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia, and is actively involved with CPA Australia. He enjoys drinking coffee, sampling craft beers, and playing social sports.

Paul Sosnowski

Regional Manager WA

Paul has 11 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically within upstream operations. He is a driven leader with proven industry experience and a passion for optimisation and solution development. Paul is a passionate advocate of new industry technologies. He is a co-author and presenter of a paper published by the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Paul has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (Honours) from Monash University (Australia). When not at work, he enjoys eating great food, playing a game of golf on a beautiful day, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Brendon-Milsom

Brendon Milsom

Regional Manager EA

Brendon has 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically within upstream operations. He has had proven success in project management, delivering high-value and high-profile projects to customers. Brendon is a driven leader with a wealth of industry experience as a trusted advisor in the oil and gas industry.

Brendon has a bachelor of Science from The University of the Sunshine Coast (Australia). During his free time, he loves going to the beach for a surf and enjoys spending time socialising and catching up with his family, friends and colleagues.

Dean Bennett

Head of Linepipe and Mining

Dean has worked in the pipeline industry for over 25 years, across various roles including Finance, Project Management, Business Development, Plant and General Management.  Dean has been responsible for leading manufacturing plants in Australia and Canada, with a focus on safety and reducing the environmental footprint. He is passionate about creating a positive environment which supports the interests of customers, shareholders and employees alike.

Dean completed his Masters of General Management at Charles Sturt University (Australia) and in his spare time or at work events, he thoroughly enjoys playing a round of golf with friends and colleagues.

Allan-Hamilton

Allan Hamilton

Regional Manager NZ

Allan has over 20 years of experience in the New Zealand oil and gas industry and over 40 years of experience in the steel industry in sales and management roles. He has worked for MITO for over 20 years. Allan takes the time to understand customer needs so he can provide comprehensive solutions and has had proven success in delivering high-value projects.

Allan has been integral in introducing new OCTG connections to the New Zealand market, achieving successful customer outcomes. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, boating, motorsports, and spending time with his family and friends. 

Christian-Tedaldi

Christian Tedaldi

Head of Commercial Strategy and Technical Support

Christian has 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including experience working for the MISI group in both North Africa and Australian markets. He holds long-standing and valued relationships with our customers and possesses a wealth of knowledge on project solutions and all things technical, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Christian has a Master of Engineering from the University of Manchester (England). He likes good food and wine, loves spending time with his family, and enjoys travelling, especially to Japan, where he lived and worked for a number of years. 

Stephen-Hayes

Stephen Hayes

Head of Operations

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in resource and facilities management and has worked for MITO for 15 years. He has led the operations team in establishing an unrivalled OCTG supply chain and TTMS, including manufacturing services. Stephen's tenacity has enhanced MITO's performance by being agile to customers’ requirements and exceeding expectations.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of the Sunshine Coast (Australia). He has a keen interest in cycling and triathlons, boating and fishing in the Whitsundays, and enjoys flying around the region, having obtained his pilot’s licence in 2020.

Brett-Chalk

Brett Chalk

Head of Supply Chain

Brett has 22 years of experience across all areas of supply chain management, having worked in various industry settings, and has been working for MITO over the past  11 years. He has had proven success in effective inventory risk management as well as leading the re-design of processes to support the enhancement of supply chain operations.

Brett has a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University (Australia). In his spare time, he enjoys taking part in hiking, organising adventure travel experiences, riding and maintaining motorcycles and attending live music performances with friends.

Kate-Fynes-Clinton

Kate Thomas

Head of People, Culture and HSEQ

Kate has nine years of Human Resources experience across various industries. She genuinely appreciates that human capital is every organisation’s greatest asset and is passionate about creating a positive, safe and engaging workplace. Kate leads initiatives that improve MITO’s performance, diversity, growth and employee engagement.

Kate has a Bachelor of Business - Human Resources from the Queensland University of Technology (Australia). She is originally from Queensland but now lives in Western Australia. Kate loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends on both sides of the country. 

Gary-Tan

Gary Tan

Head of Business Digitalisation

Gary has over 23 years of experience in the IT industry and has managed teams across the globe in delivering global enterprise IT solutions. He has successfully deployed and managed global monitoring systems for Shell, receiving an award for outstanding contribution, and has been recognised by Chevron for successfully rolling out their Knowledge Management Framework.

Gary has a Bachelor of Computer Science from the National University of Malaysia. ​​In his spare time, he enjoys travelling with his family, going to the beach and snorkelling, and exploring new and interesting cuisines with family and friends.
