Marubeni-Itochu Tubulars Oceania (MITO) is the largest supplier of tubular products in the Oceania region. Our broad product offering encompasses a range of OCTG, Linepipe, Casing Accessories, and Sucker Rod, as well as technical services. We tackle challenging operations using our comprehensive supply chain concept, Total Tubular Management Services (TTMS) which was designed with customer needs front of mind.

MITO’s offices are located in Perth, Brisbane and Auckland, with a local presence in Dalby, Roma, Moomba, Karratha, and Darwin. As part of a global organisation, we leverage our global team to access a vast range of products, technologies and financial resources to meet the needs of our customers’ operations. We also have a stable network of supply partners that enable access to innovative product solutions from across the world. Marubeni-Itochu Steel has 92 offices spanning five continents, including hubs in Houston, Singapore, London, Dubai and Australia, making services accessible to customers around the globe.

MITO is a 100% owned subsidiary of Marubeni-Itochu Steel, a Japanese joint venture of Itochu Corporation (Itochu) and Marubeni Corporation’s (Marubeni) steel product divisions. Both of these companies possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in their own right as two of the largest Japanese trading entities (sōgō shōsha) in the world.
